I’m getting married in 4 1/2 months so I figured now is a good time to start another diary…

In sum, I’m terrified I’m going to turn into a fat and frumpy wife with no sex drive.
Although none of these are issues at the moment, if I don’t take better care of myself they will be.

I’ve worn my hair in a bun more times than I’d like to admit this month and although we have sex regularly I want to want to have it more.

I’ve managed to (almost) acquire the lifestyle I’ve always wanted…

Hi, I’m Wit. I am twenty years old, 5’2″, weigh 170lbs and I have been trying to lose 60lbs by next summer. I am not very active, I do pilates about twice a week and take my family’s dog on two 1/2 mile walks a day, which ends up burning 1/2 the calories i consume. I know that I need to exersize more but I do have several medical issues that makes that difficult. I also take quite a few supplements to handle those issues and my ADHD.

Where am i going wrong?

I am 32, male, 160kg, 184cm.
In May 2015 I started going to the gym after 7yrs of health neglect and becoming obese. I was determined to turn things around (also changing my diet). My trainers gave me increasingly harder programs of heavy weights and didnt care about aerobic exercise although i would do some on the side to help. I am going to the gym for 2-3hrs per day, 5-6 days per week. By December I had lost 20kg and was happy i was heading in the right direction. Dec-May my trainers got…

Need Advice Please, Concerned about my wife.

I’m not sure how to get my wife motivated to lose weight, I’ve tried getting a Gym membership with her and going with her, but that didn’t work. We went a few times before she just didn’t want to go anymore. She’s always been big since I met her, but she’s been saying for the past 2 years how she wants to lose weight but never seems to want to do anything with me. She was 297 when I met her and she got down to 247 ..now in the past 4 months she’s almost back up to 300. I’ve tried cooking…

Georges St-Pierre Makes “Industry RE-DEFINING” Announcement!

Sports Interaction ambassador Georges St-Pierre is getting ready to “redefine” the MMA industry, according to a press release from O’Malley Hansen Communications. The press release gave very little detail on what that might entail, but gave the time for the scheduled conference call as 4pm EST on Wednesday, November 30th, when the announcement will be made.

Present for the conference call will be St-Pierre, former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez, former UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw, Donald Cerrone, Tim Kennedy and Bellator promotor Bjorn Rebney.

“Five of MMA’s leading fighters and former CEO & Chairman of Bellator MMA come together for an industry redefining mixed martial arts announcement,” according the press release.

Of those five fighters, four are currently active in the UFC. There have been rumors of St-Pierre making his return in the near future, but there’s been nothing concrete since WME/IMG took ownership of the UFC.

Details on what the announcement could be are vague, but each of the fighters involved in the call have publicly expressed interest in a fighter union being organized. Each of them is also represented by the Creative Artists Agency.

Hello,
Back story and info
I am a 30 year old male trying to lose weight
I used to take Ritalin, Side affect of this is loss of appetite.
Along with the adhd I suffer from Low Blood Suger
Since being off the meds i gained weight rapidly. My highest weight was 297
I recently changed jobs and have been able to be alot more active and have lost some weight
I am currently at 266 My main goal is to lose the belly,
I am currently only calorie counting.

Is it even possible to lose weight?

“Is it even possible to lose weight?” is the google search I did that lead me to this forum. That’s where I’m at at this point, I’m starting to wonder if weight loss is just an urban legend like the boogie man or Ryan Secreast. Of course I know it possible I’ve even done it many time before but for some reason it seems so hopeless lately.

I think few people realize how demoralizing trying to lose weight can be. Every Sunday night is filled with good intentions and plans to hit the gym….

So first thing is my introduction!
I’m going to keep this updated, I suppose it’s all about time management. (Which I am awful at honestly)

I’m going to share videos pertaining to exercise, dieting maybe even stuff involving makeup.
