Ok. I fucked up for a while. I started many of my worst habits again: smoking, eating fast food, drinking alcohol, eating chips. On top of that, I quit exercising.

So i’m starting a three month plan as i need to lose weight………

So, I am a 26 yo female have fluctuating weight and am currently at my highest weight I have ever been. I am 10st 3lb (66kg) and at only 4’11” it means my BMI is at 29!
