1. Sleeping Environment
The environment that your child sleeps in shouldn’t be too exciting, but filled with things they enjoy so they look forward to sleep. Having a chiming ring over them or stuff toys they are fascinated with, can help them feel comfortable in their cradle. Some children feel better if they can see their parents, or if they are surrounded by silence. Whatever suits your child, make sure it is present daily when they sleep.
