8. Give Them a Bath
Nothing soothes a restless baby like a warm bath. Between the ages of 2-4 months, start out your baby on a pre bedtime routine such as a bath before bed. You could also try a gentle massage to calm them down and prep them for a good night’s sleep. Getting baby all warm, clean and dry is a great way to ease them into bedtime. But if your baby gets excited at bath time, then skip this step from their nighttime ritual.
