2.      Slapped Cheek Syndrome

This is another disease with a characteristic look to it. It’s pretty recognizable. Just like the name says, your child will look as though they have been slapped across the face. Of course, if they have mean brothers or sisters, make sure they haven’t actually been slapped! In actuality, this is a very minor illness. If the red cheeks have already occurred, the best thing to do is let it pass on its own. In addition to the rash, they may also have cold-like symptoms, a runny nose or a mild fever. The only scenario when a doctor should be called is when the child is feeling pain in their limbs. I’m sure you will always call a doctor if some serious symptoms happen.
