Depression makes you think negatively about everything. The worst is always the first thought. Before you leap to the conclusion that it’s all bad and gloomy, treat yourself to a few thoughts of happier moments and possibilities. This is a real mental challenge because you are fighting your own self, but it is worth it in the end. When you look at the world with a positive perspective, it’ll have been worth it.
