This dish originates from Japan, where they take the meat of different marine animals and place them in their saluted fermented viscera. Not a dish usually found at the dinner table, it is a packaged food, sometimes served in bars.
The different types of marine creatures used are cuttlefish, firefly squid, oyster and sea urchin. Typically, you would gulp this down all at once, with a shot of whiskey by your side for right after.
