6. Fight the Anger
Sometimes fixating your anger deep inside of yourself can develop into hatred flying at yourself in the end. If being angry at yourself is keeping you down, then you need to accept it. Why are you angry with yourself? What can you do to make you feel better with yourself, proud perhaps? These are all questions that you should ask yourself, and if it doesn’t work, letting it all out can help lift the weight off your shoulders.
