8. Stick With a Crowd
Never isolate yourself when you feel depressed. Instead, surround yourself with people who care. Even if they seem like a nuisance in darker days, they are exactly what you need. Talk to someone about what is happening; that is a medicine on its own. Indulge in social activities. Even if you don’t feel like talking or joining the conversation, you’ll feel lighter when you’re around others. No one deserves to be left in the dark.
